Our take...

Legends Pub (formerly J P Malone's Neighbourhood Pub) is on a major transit route, only minutes from central Richmond across the street from a strip mall with a great variety of shops, and services. The entrance level of this friendly neighbourhood pub is the only part of this pub that is accessible by wheelchair. The pub also has a cold beer, and wine store next to it. (We have not visited this location since ownership changed, bit hope to resurvey in the near future).
